Shipping Policy:
All Shipments F.O.B. Clarksville, TX. Freight is prepaid and allowed via choice of carrier on orders meeting minimum Net Invoice values and are determined by location. Please check with your customer representative for the values for your location.

Duties, brokerage fees and other customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the distributor. Carrier accessorial charges (residential, rural area surcharges, call for delivery, lift gate etc.) are the responsibility of the distributor and will be added to the invoice.

All small package shipments not meeting prepaid requirements will be subject to a shipping & handling charge. No broken cartons accepted.

All Magnolia Brush mfrs. Ltd. Products listed on this site are first quality. Should you find any of our products to be defective in quality, they may be returned for full credit or replacement.

Return Policy:
Returns must be identified by invoice number and date. No returned merchandise will be accepted without written authorization from Magnolia Brush Mfrs. Ltd. All returns are subject to inspection and approval before any credit will be issued. Returned merchandise in resalable condition will be subject to a 10% Restocking Charge.
